Today was the first day of school in our town. On my way to an appointment I passed an elementary school with an intriguing message on the marquis out front:

Is that the cutest idea ever? Parents of kindergarteners can get together for breakfast and commiserate after dropping the kids off. This day tends to be harder on moms and dads than on kids, so what a considerate way to honor it.
What a way to know, understand and empathize with one’s target audience! What an innovative and kind service to provide!
